For the eco-mama: Finn+Emma Organic Clothing & Toys ((#Review))

*I recieved these products for review, but all opinions expressed are my own.*

Organic cotton has to be one of the softest fabrics ever. I seek it out every chance I get, especially for our kids clothing because it is so much better for their sensitive skin as it doesn’t contain chemicals or dangerous dyes. The only downside to organic cotton is that, all too often, you can’t find cute prints or cuts. Luckily, this is where Finn+Emma shines!

Finn+Emma has the most adorable rompers and onesies! They also have shirts, pants, feetsie pants so you dont have to worry about losing tiny baby socks, and infinity scarf bibs. All their clothing is G.O.T.S certified organic cotton and all their dyes are completely nontoxic. The clothing comes in really unique prints and gorgeous color schemes, too. Then they have hand-knit toys, wooden teethers, and wooden baby gyms. I fancied everything on the website, but when I finally narrowed it down to the clothing I wanted for our kids, I had a very hard time deciding which romper to get because all the prints were so darn precious! I eventually went with fairytale in K’s romper & dreamcatcher in her onesie, and I’m so pleased with my choices. Finn+Emma even does one of my favorite things for little girl onesies, which is the rouching at the shoulder. It’s such a sweet touch.

Both of baby girl’s pieces are cloth diaper friendly. In her pictures she is wearing an AppleCheeks cover with prefold and the romper & onesie fit beautifully with room to grow! Truly, not just room to grow, but also room to move. She is a wonderfully busy and active 9 month old, so she needs clothes that give her mobility as she crawls after her brother, plays blocks on the floor, and takes steps towards walking.I hate how some little girl’s clothing can be ridiculously restrictive. Or worse, hard for me to put on her with obnoxious details like button closures. In fact, I was so stoked with how easy the Finn+Emma snaps were to close quickly. This baby girl likes to wiggle and no way is she staying still for me to fasten a bunch of buttons. So, efficient snaps, that are lead & nickel free, are golden.

I went ahead and sized up to 12-18 months to accommodate the fluffy bum and leave a little extra since we are still a few months out from full-blown summetime. Of course, Texas is trying really hard to bring back summer, so we may end up rockin’ that romper ahead of schedule.

I love the grey/purple combo on the romper. To accent it, I paired it with a multi-color BayBee Boutique teething necklace and a lavender headband. The romper’s darker colors made the necklace pop and, of course, her blue eyes stand out when paired with grey as well.

The onesie was a different color scheme altogether with a pink-neutral feel. It is definitely unlike any colors in her current wardrobe and gave us the opportunity to try out a new light pink headband. Pretty much a perfect match!

For our big boy, I opted to get him a good set of jammies for the summer because while he has a pretty nice summer wardrobe built up, he has almost no summer pajamas.I just wish that they had larger sizes because our son is already wearing a 4T and the moment he outgrows that, no more super soft eco-safe Finn+Emma pajamas for him.

I love Finn+Emma and I think you will too! Don’t forget to follow them on social media to see what’s new!
